It is designed for young cultural workers who want to bring change to their communities in these times of crisis. 14 applicants will be funded to participate in the multilayered programme, including cultural management, soft skills coaching, peer-to-peer learning and creative experimentation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: 27 March 2022<\/li><li><strong>Conditions<\/strong>: Applicants must be under 35 years old and working in a cultural organisation in a Creative Europe country.
