From October 2025 to May 2026, a program of meetings aimed at young people interested in sharing a time of exploration and study through the artistic processes underway at Lavanderia. A space for intellectual, philosophical, spiritual, playful and personal growth: artistic practices, exercises, composition methods and research methods that encourage the exchange of experiences between young people, artists in residence and cultural project leaders.

We live in educational contexts made up of mathematical and exact systems, where affection is hardly ever mentioned. The tense atmosphere outside echoes within school walls, paralysing us and our vocabularies, limiting our imagination and the potential of relationships. What are the biological structures that allow us as human beings to create relationships and therefore systems of affection? What do we mean when we talk about the “System of Affection”? What acts of cleansing do we need to make room for new bonds and ways of creating systems? How can we cause a domino effect and establish new modes of communication by refreshing our collective vocabulary?

Il Corpo Docente is a training journey aimed at teachers and educators of any discipline, inviting them to get involved, both individually and collectively: starting with practices related to the body and pleasure, we unlearn the productive structures of traditional schooling in order to seek, together, through desire and imagination, possible metamorphoses of educational habitats that can find space in a renewed everyday life.

Our body, made up of organs, membranes, joints and sensations, is a complex system. The spaces and contexts we encounter every day, from family to school, are systems. Communities, struggles and ideas are shared and multifaceted systems. What exactly are these systems, and how do they intersect with each other? Underground and in tune with the darkness, how do they move and what energies do they stir? From a psychotherapeutic perspective, Ronke Oluwadare introduces us to the systemic view, in which individuals are constantly in a relationship of interdependence with other individuals and with the environment. Crossing the different sensibilities of the Dark MatterS festival, which celebrates blackness and winter darkness, we play at disrupting the centres and margins of systems.

In this episode, we move from the system for affection to affection for the system. Social media encourages overproduction and reduces our attention span, dating apps turn relationships into disposable commodities, and artificial intelligence confronts us with ethical and moral dilemmas. New forms of affection are created for robots, automatons and machines which, on the one hand, help us and simplify certain processes, but on the other hand seduce us and cause us to lose ourselves in the algorithm. How should we relate to these non-human entities that are constantly being updated?

Having crossed the thresholds of the human and the non-human, we now investigate what allows individuals to interact with each other in a relational context: communication. The continuous exchange of energy and information flows is the main characteristic of a living system. Yet what we say or receive is not always clear, and can conceal different layers and secrets: this is where the process of translation becomes fundamental in order to avoid short circuits. In this event, we explore practices of body mapping and the exchange of messages within and between systems.

We encountered human and robotic bodies, conglomerates of membranes, codes and tissues. Human beings are still learning how to relate to the artificial, while at the same time questioning their relationship with the natural, straddling ecology and a return to manual activities. Permaculture, which is based on the creation and maintenance of sustainable ecosystems, can teach us how to repair relational fractures, with a view to reciprocity, environmental ecology and social alliance.

When we talk about landscape, we refer to a series of interconnected and interdependent subjectivities. The classroom, the home, the city: these are all scenarios in which we act, and which we cannot think of as interchangeable elements. What happens, then, if the school escapes from its four walls to encounter different landscapes? How do times, tools and content change? How do we embrace the unexpected that knocks on the door of our lesson? In this landscape, what alliances are formed with students?
