LO SGUARDO TRASVERSALE – intermediate level

theoretical and practical training aimed to dance schools’ students (over 14)
led by Nicola Galli

LO SGUARDO TRASVERSALE is the training class created by the choreographer Nicola Galli, which explores the literary work De rerum natura by Tito Lucrezio Caro, leading the participants – armed with an effectual reading instrument – through the vision of the homonymous dance show.

The training class is divided into an introductory phase, in which the notions of origin, spinal movement and muscle balance will be presented and argued thanks to the critical reading of Lucretious’ work, to then be transposed into a choral experimentation, in order to train the perception of the sound and the group.
