ASSOCIATE ARTISTS

The associate artists build a specific vision of creative space and a precise choreographic language. With its associate artists, Lavanderia a Vapore enacts an intense dialogue, which produces common directions and goals, or rather a mutual contamination between dance professionals, operators and context setting a dynamic identity for a place where the urgencies of the contemporary are embodied.

Doriana Crema

Dancer, choreographer, trainer and counselor, she has been active in the artistic and pedagogical field for over 30 years. She combines her skills in the direction of an evolutionary vision of the human being. At the center of her research are the space and the human, in their complex relationship with the body, the presence and the movement. In recent years she has focused her attention on the question of resonance and response, working on the borderline between dancer and spectator. Among the most significant meetings from a training point of view there are those with Anna Sagna for dance theater, with Raffaella Giordano (under her direction Doriana Crema was an interpreter for the shows Quore – awarded with the UBU prize in 2000 – and Senza Titolo), with Claude Coldy for sensitive dance and with Danio Manfredini for the theater. She accompanies many companies and individual artists during their creative processes and research, in Italy and France. She has been leading workshops in schools of all levels for over 3 decades: she is currently active in high schools as part of the Educating to Beauty project | Media Dance project by Lavanderia a Vapore (EDN network member), as a trainer and a coordinator, with class-groups and teacher-groups. With Raffaella Tommellini and Fabio Castello she curates Solitudo project. Visions for a creative community. With Rita Fabris she is the creator and one of the trainers of the Community Dancers Path. She collaborates as a trainer within Tracce lasciate ad Arte Interreg project Italy Switzerland and within the Educators Without Frontier project by Exodus. She is choreographer of Eskenè group, for the projects La Passione secondo MatteoStazionando and Progetto 900. She performs the solos mama non mama, Specifiche Atipie e Dichiarazione d’amore  within La Piattaforma festival in Turin. She practices counseling and she is a trainer at the Higher School of Counseling in Turin.

Ginevra Panzetti / Enrico Ticconi

Ginevra Panzetti and Enrico Ticconi, based in Berlin and Torino, have been working as a duo since 2008. Their artistic research interlaces dance, performance and visual art. Deepening themes related to the historical union between communication, violence and power, they draw on ancient imaginaries, creating hybrid figures or images between history and contemporaneity. [Ritorno a capo del testo]Both graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and attended Stoà, School for rhythmic movement and philosophy in Cesena, led by Claudia Castellucci. n 2010 they moved to Germany and delved into individual, but mutually complementary paths: Ginevra studied Intermedia Art at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst (HGB) in Leipzig and Enrico Dance, Context, Choreography at the Inter-University Center for Dance (HZT) in Berlin. In 2019 they won the 13th Arte Laguna Prize for the site-specific performance JARDIN / ARSENALE, the first edition of Premio Hermès Danza Triennale Milano with which they realized the last work AeReA, the Danza&Danza prize as emerging choreographers and were nominated “Promising Talent of the Year” by the «Jahrbuch Tanz – Zeitschrift für Ballet Tanz und Performance». With the work HARLEKING they have been selected by the european platform AEROWAVES Twenty 19, the New Italian Dance (NID) Platform and by Tanzplatform Deutschland 2020.
